I teach reading to six graders at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. I love to read, travel, cook, and spend time outside. I am married to a math teacher, and I have two teenage children and two cats.

  1. I totally feel you, especially the “virtual piano lesson” that I witnessed today and the “real crying” that happened when I found out school would be closed for the rest of the year. I think I’m in need of a “virtual happy hour” just about now,
